WordPress Bar & Forum Intergration

I was wondering if there was a way to remove the wordpress bar which appears at the top of the website when you are logged in.

Also I want to integrate my forum into the wordpress site. I’ve already managed to find a plugin which creates a bridge between the two so if you register on the forums it registers you on the word press site also.

Lastly if those are possible I was wondering if I could get a plugin which would display if you are logged in and it would display your username and a logout button when you on the site on all pages except the forum and in a specific place.
