You can use any theme that has the comment area and just remove the code that includes the comment template.
Or just turn all commenting off.
esmi, thanks…dumb question, I don’t see a togle for turning comment off, just to modify it’s use…
See Settings -> Discussion -> Allow people to post comments on new articles. You will also need to uncheck “Allow comments” in the Discussion pane on the Edit page of each published Post and Page. If you do not see this pane, click Screen Options at the very top of any Edit page and check “Discussion”.
Hi esmi, I did turn off the “Allow Comments” on the comment page. I also see that the “Comments and “Discussions” are unchecked on the Screen Settings page. I still see a “Leave a reply” on the bottom of the page:

How do I remove that?
Thanks

Clear it on the backend for the page/post “The Natural Pet Pantry”. You actually need to check “discussion” in the Screen Settings page, then scroll all the way to the bottom and uncheck “Allow Comments” and “Allow TrackBacks/Pingbacks”.
You need to do this for all published posts and pages as Esmi pointed out…
Hi esmi and clements,
Thanks for taking the time to explain for an amateur like myself. I got it removed. Unfortunately the comment boxes were used for nothing but spam with evil links and scripts.
I’d suggest that you still activate Akismet and install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cookies-for-comments/ Between theme, they should kill off any remaining comment spam added by bots that access the core commenting scripts directly.
Got it, thanks again for prompt replies and help.
Cheers,
Rolf
