Plugin to track visits from a specific ip

What I’d like is simple. A kind of a statistics plugin that would let me track visits from a specific ip. Or atleast show me that last visit from that ip (or hostname).
I searched around but didn’t find anything quite like it. Then again I might’ve entered the wrong keywords.
