Dynamic field adding through Jquery in settings page

    Hi

    Can anyone help me for creating a settings page with the ability to add more form fields (textbox,upload, textarea) and saving or populating them on the same settings page? Though I found so many scripts with PHP/MySql/Ajax but they are not for wordpress framework and I’m not able to add them in the wordpress settings page. Please reply me on this.
