Parse Error in Custom Options Menu

Hey everyone, I just got done coding a simple options menu for a WordPress theme I’m working on for fun and, the problem is, I’m getting this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\twentyten\functions\admin-menu.php on line 43
