Looking for a ticker style plugin

I am looking for a plugin and not sure exactly what it would be called (if it exist) which is making it hard to locate. Basically what I need is something like a streaming stock ticker. The ticker would be located on the top of the home page and the content would just be the titles (link) to the top 10 most recent post of a certain category. Is this something that you guys have or maybe even something you have heard of?

If not would you have another recommendation on how to showcase that type of information at the very top of the homepage?
