[Plugin: PayPal Donations] weird visual output

Hi,

I put your plugin on my page, but when I view it
1) I get a weird white square in row next to the credit cards icons
2) The grey bar which is behind the Donate_button and credit_cards_icons is way to wide, how can it be adjusted ?
