My very first wordpress website please help

im trying to make my own website in wordpress, but i want to change something on my frontpage but i dont know how to get there.
on my site you see the titel of my website but i want to place there an image, can someone tell me where i have to be to change this?
for exampel look on http://www.bgfashion.nl it is going about the title in white letters bgfashion.

i hope someone can help me with this.
