Adding New Page

    I am trying to add a page using number (11) to order the list and it does not add the page after the previous number (10). I have tried to replace a number and it still doesn’t add the page where I want it. I am a newbie to WP, so it is most likely operator error. Please help.

    I am trying to add an events page in the same row as ‘location/info, photo, contact’ OR add it in place of photo gallery and move that down below menu options.

    I tried, but I can’t understand your situation. (pages don’t appear in rows, so I’m confused.) Maybe try to better explain?

    If you want to order your pages in your admin, try installing the my page order plugin –
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/my-page-order/
    This will also allow you to control the order of your nav if you are not using a custom menu.

    If you want, you can also just use a custom menu and order your pages as you want.

    ahh, in admin. yes, there are plugins for that. Easy fix.

    If I add the plug-in to my site…it won’t mess up the custom template, correct? Thank you so much for everyone’s input.

    Maybe a better explanation….
    I would like to replace “Photo Gallery” on the raminternationalcatering.com with a new page called “Events”. The “Photo Gallery” has an ‘order’ number of 9 in the ‘page attributes’ on the right side of the dashboard. How could I move the “Photo Gallery” page down below on the bottom of the raminternationalcatering.com?

    It lets you drag pages in admin, like you can with images in a gallery or widgets on the widget page. As far as I know from my own experience with it, it has nothing to do with your order numbers. Probably over rides that.
