please help me

i want a plugin today i start to build a website and earn money .i think build a music like mp3’s ,movies downloads website .so that is illegal for usa and other country so now the users can legally purchase the item then email the an alternative link .the link limited means an validity gave the users so cannot share the link and i also have a cd shop so they have purchase covered packed cd from my website. if you got the idea then tell it’s build with a plugin i think it do.what plugin this type features doing please explain how to do?please?
