    You have two options, the easiest for you, upload an image with the path of the following:

    http://sparknetsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Logo11.jpg

    The hardest, go into the editor, find your header.php file, have the uploaded path URL of the image you want to use as your logo ready, paste it where the link http://sparknetsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Logo11.jpg currently is, save the file out, refresh your home page and you should have a nice new logo displaying.
