[Plugin: WP Super Popup] Causes WP Admin Bar to Deactivate

BY process of elimination I’ve determined that this plugin causes the WP admin bar to cease functioning. Occasionally it’s still there but generally I have to go back to mysite.com/wp-admin/ every time I want to do something.
