    You need Pipe Support. I have never used easy-contact-forms plugin, unfortunately can not help you directly.

    But, here might be something helpful for you – You can use Contact Form 7 ; and follow this method : http://ideasilo.wordpress.com/2009/01/03/contact-form-7-191/

    Gravity Form is one of the best plugin for any purpose like yours. But unfortunately it is paid plugin.
