Why would you need to know that? WordPress.org doesn’t host any sites.
You can get those by running a whois on the wordpress.org domain, but on the off chance you are thinking of using those to setup your site, it’s not what you really want to do. You will want use the name servers provided by your web host.
Alright so i certainly have my lines crossed here.
I purchased my domain name http://www.stylechicinteriors.com from Crazy Domains.com.au and have recently had it hosted with Volusion as i had my online store with them.. Now I have created a site with WordPress.org and want to make it that when people type in http://www.stylechicinteriors.com it will take them to my new wordpress site.
To do this, do I just need to delete my current domain name and add http://www.stylechicinteriors.com as the wordpress address URL in my wordpress general settings?
Thanks!
Making sure your new domain name is correct in the general settings of WordPress is part of it, but not all of it.
Contact your hosts support group and ask them if they would be kind enough to walk you through the procedure for pointing your new domain name to your web site.
No problem – thanks for the help guys!
