[Plugin: Blogger Importer] Comment Emails

When the comments are migrated across the emails are changed to “noreply@blogger.com”, this appears to be a feature of the blogger feeds so this might have to be marked up as a known issue. This has a side effect that any Gravatars associated with the users will be lost.
