[Theme: PageLines] question about license

Hi, I have question about theme pageline license. Can I use pageline theme downloaded from here

http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/pagelines

in my semi-commercial site? It would not be a company site, but more like a portfolio website, where a group of copywriters could present their skills, offer their services and find job.
