I am using the Response Theme (child) and want to know if I can insert this slideshow INTO a sidebar on all my pages:

I can easily get it below the text but I want it in the sidebar.
Does this plugin do this.

You’ll have to either code it in the sidebar or you can use a shortcode in a text widget.

Text widgets don’t support shortcodes by default so you could use a plugin like this to achieve it: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/parse-shortcodes/
