Error code 404 when clicking on posts or using short links

Hi, I’m having real problems with this on my site (www.bedfordnetwork.co.uk) if you click on one of the posts or I try to use a short link to direct people to the post page it comes up with an error. I’ve tried uninstalling plugins but that hasn’t helped. Can you help? Many thanks.
