    Hi there,

Thank you for replying to my first request. It was awesome. But now I am running across another issue that perhaps you guys can help me once again.

The instructions of the plugin are clear in regards to write it on the wordpress website itself; As in, we need to login to wordpress in order to write the post.

I will however be traveling to certain places and, while I do have a laptop handy, I do NOT have internet all the time, and thus the impossibility to LOG anywhere to fill out my page.

(Yes, rich people, there are places in this vast planet where WI-FI is not an option! And it is not very legal from inside a plane, and some airlines forbid it completely, but of course you guys already know that, yes?)

In any case, how can we make the wonderful plug-in traveler-friendly? I use Windows Live Writer at the moment, but a little support for the WYSiWYG would be awesome.

If anyone knows how to use this plugin (that i can no longer live without!) with my WLW, please, give me a quick heads-up.

    With love and much peace,

    Garance

Wow. So just to be clear. You are able to post to your WordPress blog, without internet access using Windows Live Writer, but this magical technology does not teleport the plugin? Oh, so more likely you use WLW to compose a post offline, and when you are back on-line your post is uploaded. Or am I completely mis-understanding?

So far, so good, except you want to work with a Visual Editor so you can see the working expand. You could write your post and insert the shortcode as you normally would. This would allow you to write your posts offline, use the shortcode and post later. Generally, however, shortcodes do not work well with visual editors. Is there another shortcode out there that works well with your magical WLW offline setup?

By the way, not having WI-FI is also a problem for the ‘rich people’. We often suffer the lack of internet assess while submerged under the polar ice-cap in our luxury submarines.

Yes, I actually write my posts offline, and when I come online I can publish all the saved posts with the click of a mouse button.

Since I write a whole LOT it is often easier for me to use the editor and publish everything at once instead of logging to edit the shortcodes later. Thus, the request on help about how could I do that.

I apologize for not being very clear about that. But since you have obviously understood rather well that one needs an editor to write offline posts and can only post if there is internet access, I suppose that even with my poor english, the irony was totally uncalled for.

Since you were so kind to me in your first reply two months ago, I suppose I was very happy to come back for another question, but I guess I was wrong.

I will put my tail between my legs, close my post on this plugin support since I can’t nuke my account – not worth having it if I am going to be treated like crap anyway – and take my luxury bus tour through the internet-absent spaces, without the luxury of your submarines, and without the luxury of your ironies, too.

    Thanks anyway.

So what happens when you enter:
    [expand title="Trigger Text"]Target Content[/expand]
into the offline editor and publish it later?
