• After updating a theme, my site has crashed. Now I get this when I try accessing my website:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in D:\Hosting\9064457\html\wordpress3.3.1\wp-content\themes\grey-opaque\functions.php on line 59

This is all that appears on my screen, and I can’t access the login screen for te WordPress Dashboard to fix it.

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go in via FTP and delete the theme.

Thanks, but I’m a noob. How do I do this? Haven’t used FTP in years. Can you give me detailed instructions to access my site, including link to FTP software provider? TIA!

OK, I found out how to log in using FTP. I logge in and used FTP to delete the theme. Cleared out and tried accessing my website. Got the message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in D:\Hosting\9064457\html\wordpress3.3.1\wp-content\themes\grey-opaque\functions.php on line 59

It’s the same error message! The Grey-Opaque theme isn’t there! It’s the only line on my web page. There isn’t any way to access the site except FTP, and your suggestion didn’t work. I need more detailed help.

    What do I do now?
