How to edit comments approval email?

Hi,
I want people to post comments on my site. I want to edit the comments approval email, which is in this format:

A new comment on the post "Dot's Laundry Tips" is waiting for your approval
http://mysite.com/dots/dots-laundry-tips/

Author : alex (IP: 111.111.111.111, 111-111-111-111.jetstream.xtra.co.nz)
E-mail : myemail@hotmail.com
URL    : http://url

Approve it: http://mysite.com/dots/wp-admin/comment.php?action=approve&c=37
Trash it: http://mysite.com/dots/wp-admin/comment.php?action=trash&c=37
Spam it: http://mysite.com/dots/wp-admin/comment.php?action=spam&c=37

Anybody knows which php file is it? I tried the one under wp-includes/pluggable.php. It has exactly the same format as the above code, but no luck. Cheers.
