Problems with search engine results for site

Hey folks, My friend runs a WordPress site and it is a non-blog site. When I search the site on Google a few pages pop up but they are scattered everywhere. He has a SEO plugin and the privacy settings are fine. How can we get the site to show up?

You will never get all the URLs as a block in SERPs. However, how old is the site?

He used to have the same domain but it was a weebly site and everything showed up fine on Google. That was running for about 7 months. He has been with WordPress for about 2-3 months.

Does he need a sitemap? I can’t find any that aren’t XML. Because XML is for blogs and he has a non-blog site.

When you search MC Pro Hosting it doesn’t show up?

You can submit XML site maps to Google for any sites/blogs, and also verify the number of pages indexed by Google.

Ok. Thanks for the help! How can I submit a XML site map to google? Found that 621 results are indexed by google.

Try searching site:mcprohosting.com. You will find the indexed pages.

You can build a site map here: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com and copy it on a notepad and save it as sitemap.xml and submit.

Sign in to his Google Webmaster tools account and look for it.

Depends on how fast Google indexes the pages.
