how to allow user generated content

    I am wondering if there is any free plug in that would allow user generated content.

    Basically what I am looking for is for a user to be able to add their own game review on my website. What I’d like is for them to be able to add a picture (from url only, not uploading to my site), game title, and a review of the game.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
