facebook comments plugin error

    i tried the facebook comments plugin but when i try and add my site address i get this even tho it works on my other apps

    Error
    You have specified an App Domains but have not specified a Site URL or a Mobile Web URL
    drwhofanzone.co.uk must be derived from your Site URL or your Mobile Web URL.

    any ideas that can help me here

    do i have to pick one of these for facebook comment if so which one

    Select how your app integrates with Facebook

    i am stuck on this
