[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] plain text instead of HTML

Just switched over to using the Custom Contact Form plugin and really like it. However, our help ticket program is throwing this error after receiving the message: “please use an HTML compatible email viewer”. Is there a way to force CCF to send plain text? Or maybe it’s a character set problem?
