Finding plugin to suit my needs

Can anyone help me out here?
I am looking for a plugin to help me with the following:
I have a website where people post available jobs, and job seekers can view and apply to each job. Now I would like to add a feature to my website for freelancers. I want to have a category on my site called “freelance”, and allow freelancers to post info about themselves so that people looking for freelancers can find them on my site.
That means I would need a main category called freelance, and sub categories for different freelance services, and under that, have different freelancers’ names with information about them.
Is there a plugin that would allow me to be able to do this?
I want something similar to the job board plugin, but instead of job posts, freelance services and freelancers posts.
