ie delicate theme menu not displaying properly

    webpage is not public yet.
    re: delicate theme,
    ie7,8,9 displays my menu selections as hotlinks (words with underline) as opposed to the actual menu selection.

    They are shown as a list, not displayed across the page in a single line.

    The header graphics, other icons are moved to the left side of the page.
    Footer area is pushed to the left area of page.

    Page displays correctly in all other browsers.

    Any help is appreciated.
