Display Comment Form on Posts

Good day,
My website is http://targetedpositioning.comI use an Elegant Theme titled Daily Journal. I would like the comment form to show on all of my posts, so readers can comment. The form is showing up on my about page: http://targetedpositioning.com/about/
However, I can’t figure out how to get it to display like this on all of my blog posts. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
