[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Thumbnail not loading

I have an album named 54 passengers and can be viewed here: http://www.flagshiptrailways.com/about-us/coachesfleet/54-passengers

The problem is, the thumbnails are not loaded even thought they are in the right file path. Please help.
