Looking for theme recommendation.

    I am looking to start up site for my consulting biz that will have a blog, a Ecommerce section and also a service directory (people to install the products sold). Looking for a good highly customizable (by somewhat a web amateur)that can handle a store and a directory.

    Are you looking for premium or free themes?

    Hi Gabe, Either. Prefer free of course but if there is a premium that isn’t too spendy and does what I need then I would go that direction.

    the plan is for a consulting biz site, with a blog, product news section, ecommerce area (poss also some amazon type affiliate income as well) and a directory of services related to the products (installers and the like).

    Many themes can accommodate what you’re asking. Additional features you’re looking for can be added via plugins.

    There are many choices on here at http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/.

    Of course, you can do an online search as well, including theme hubs like wu themes.
