WP-Creativix Header

I’m fairly new to wordpress but I am having issues publishing a header to my website. Everytime I upload and crop my custom header in the WordPress, it doesn’t appear on my website. I’ve searched around to see if there is another place for me to upload the picture on the home page but haven’t found other options. Could anyone help me with this issue?
