If you have already enabled the “remove offline_access” migration, you might try removing the Facebook app from your Facebook profile – basically revoking access (you can do this from your Facebook account preferences) and re-adding it.

Facebook has said that it will issue long-lived tokens once you enable this migration, but it seems like for users who already had tokens the tokens just get reissued and still expire.
