[Plugin: Multisite Language Switcher] Just One Language Shown

I have just installed this to test on a new WP multisite.

I have created three sites.

I have done everything in the documentation at https://github.com/lloc/Multisite-Language-Switcher/wiki

When I create or edit a page I only see one option which is ‘create a new translation in the us-blog’ – nothing for the Espanol blog I have set up.

One page online I saw said the email addresses must be the same – they are.

Any idea what I have done wrong?
