Warning: require_once…[function.require-once]: failed to open stream

Well I appreciate that but I do not know how to get to the themes because that error continues to show. How can I change the theme without going to the admin. And do I have to change the theme because if you look at the site, tfcpas.com, you can notice the format is very different and if I were to change it now, it will all get ruined. Can I switch to Twenty Eleven and then switch again to the my theme?

I downloaded filezilla but then when I try to connect to my site this shows up.
