REQ: This Flash Player

http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=Flash_Video_Player – Can anyone make that a WP plugin? I tried it, but cant get it to work. Every time I try to add a flash movie, the layout breaks. Anybody? Or is there a Flash Video Player like this? I want a Flash Video Player, not a audio player.
