User video upload, suggestion

Im trying to have a way that users can submit a video to be published on the blog. A video that will be hosted elsewhere though like youtube. I would want them just to submit it and upon approval have it go directly to sidebar area.
After the user submits one video for approval, after the first time they wouldnt need approval any longer and it would auto approve.

I thought of doing a contact form to have them submit link but how would I add auto approval after?

Or if theres a plugin that lets them add youtube videos without approval, I could consider that.

Any suggestions to a solution or plugin would be great.
Im a bit confused at this point after looking at so many things.
