Hi!

Is it possible to put the events “archive” in a widget?

Also is there a way i can automatically put events into a “loop”? One for most recent posts and upcoming events.

yes, you can do that by adding custom post type ‘events’ to your wp query. and also, see the options at Settings > Pages > Event List/Archives > Enable Archives?

Thank you but that plugin just puts a link in a widget – I want my events to listed.

you can use events widget then set the scope to past events
