Customizing Contact Form 7

Hi everybody,

I’m fairly new to the WordPress game. In fact I’m new to website creation in general.

With that said, I’m beginning to pick some basic things up, but I’ve been banging my head against the wall for the last couple of hours trying to figure out how to do some relatively straightforward things to customize Contact Form 7.

First off, I can’t find the CSS Stylesheet for the plugin! I’ve read that it should appear on the edit page just above “Uninstall” but it’s not there. Is there anywhere else I can look?

I want to:

1) Change the font of the words in the checklist.
2) Center the whole form (I can center the text on the form, but not the actual spaces that are to be filled out.
3) Reduce the border of the form so that it does not fill the whole page.

I’m sure that CSS for the plugin is involved, but could someone help me understand where else I might find it? And I’ve read that updated the CSS Stylesheet is less than ideal because every time the plugin is updated you will lose your modifications. Is this true?
