[Theme: dkret3] WP 3.4 update

    I attempted to update to WP 3.4, but the new header preview functionality in 3.4 does not seem to be compatible with dkret3 4.6 anymore. In particular, my site title and tagline are not appearing in the header. They are in the code when I view source, but are not actually rendering and I do not see why. I have tested in IE and FF. I wound up reverting to 3.3.x for now.

    I have the same issue — my blog title and tagline no longer appear in the header.

    I already fixed it here but the new version was not approved (because of other small requirements. I will fix those in the next weeks and upload it again. In the meantime I upload a working version to my website (http://diekretzschmars.de)

    Today it is a real nightmare to support a theme for WordPress because of the strict quality standards of the theme pool. In real life I am a teacher and coding this WordPress theme WAS just a hobby of mine.

    We do appreciate your time and dedication. I know how out-of-hand maintaining WordPress can get. I did send a donation this weekend from my Web Baby Shower / Snowboard Mommy Productions PayPal account; it’s not much but hopefully I can do more later. Thanks again.
