Postie Photos not posting

I’m using postie to allow me to post to my self published blog and as long as I don’t add photo’s it works perfectly. However if I add a photo then it just publishes the subject line and nothing else. I’ve tried changing the HTML settings in postie to plain text and back and allow HTML in body from yes to no and back and nothing seems to work.

Has anyone got any pointers in what I may be doing wrong or where I need to start to look please?
