[Plugin: WP Supersized] Header panel without scrolling

Is it possible to place a wp-super sized background as the link below under a header panel and stop the background from scrolling as this site behaves. Any advice would really be appreciated I have managed to add the black header area but of course the background scrolls underneath it.
