Weaver update issues

Yesterday I updated to Weaver 3.3.2 (newest version).

-Today subscribers received “New Post” email notification for a post I put up 12/07/2011.

-Just now going to my admin site I find at the top of the Weaver Admin page a yellow bar stating that I am running version 2.2.6

Any ideas what is going on with this? And more to the point, what to do about it?
