External site authorization–possible?

    Hello,
    I was wondering if the following was possible via a plugin or anything else.
    A site that I’m building offers to let users login to their Microsoft Outlook Webmail. Right now, they click a “login” button and are taken to the Outlook page, where they enter their credentials. Is it possible to let them enter their credentials into a WordPress form, which then passes then on to Outlook and a couple of other applications? Meaning, they enter their credentials once through WordPress, and then are logged into their personal accounts in external applications?
    Any insight or advice would be appreciated.
