submit option

i am owning a web created by world press and is using the theme graphene.
bufore few daye public was able to submit comment but not my submit option is not working in this theme only.while it is working with other them.
i dont want to change the the theme.
so plzzz provide me the way.
if you want me to change theme just give me the theme name that contain space for adsense and analytics codes to be pasted.
