Pick a theme for me PLS!

Hello I have a blog and I want it to look really nice but I dont have alot of experience. I have been looking at themes from themeforest and elegantthemes and I want a responsive theme probably with a slider uptop that has alot of customization, and is easy to work with like drag and drop and stuff. Anyone have a recomendation?
