    I suggest you to switch back your WordPress theme to default one and deactivate all plugins for testing and try it again

    Hi Daniel,

    Thank you so much for the help.

    Unfortunately it didn’t work. I deactivated the plugins and and the theme and then activated just the dms guestbook and it still showed a blank screen after submitting the comment. In addition to the DMS plugin and the DMS widget plugin, I only have one other plugin for a background slideshow.

    The weird thing is that I had used the plugin on an earlier version of the site a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly. Ive also deleted and reinstalled the plugin several times and have reactivated the default template as well as reset the settings, but it still happens.

    Did you customize the form?
    It seems to be a problem with that, I suggest you to save all files, delete the plugin from your ftp and reinstall it.

    If you need help by the installation create me a wordpress and ftp account and send me the credentials to DMSGuestbook [at] DanielSchurter (dot) Net

    Hi Daniel,

    Thank you so much! Unfortunately, the ftp deletion didn’t work.

    I did try and customize the form, but once it started messing up I went back to the default template and even after a few reinstallations it still wasnt working.
