Why these "important" enable/disable features are missing in WP?

Another post of mine led me to make this post as a new one.
And, I’m sorry if my topic of my post has previously been suggested or debated, but I think it is worthy!
When I create a new item (post, page, category), I’d like to be able to individually Enable/Disable comments/author name or date
for each new item added or being edited.
So, in my mind, the following options are worthy to be added in WP. This would be highly appreciable.
For each new item created, added or edited, we should be able to:

Enable/Disable comments for this post
Enable/Disable comments for this page
Enable/Disable comments for this category
Hide/Show author(s) name(s) for this post
Hide/Show author(s) name(s) for this page
Hide/Show author(s) name(s) for this category
Hide/Show date for this post
Hide/Show date for this page
Hide/Show date for this category

The order of execution priority could be post>page>category. That is, if a post set up to hide/show comments or dates, this will have the priority over the page’s hide/show option and so on… for the category and the remaining options…
What do you think about that?
Could you please consider this as a suggestion for WP?!
