My site is invaded on a daily basis with unauthorized additional tags and posts by foreign (not English-speaking) authors. I trash them as soon as I am aware, but…HELP.

Hi, It sounds like you are referring to folks posting entries on your blog. Have you considered restricted posting within your blog?
Or, have you tried any of the blog posting monitoring plugins like Askimet or Cloud365, etc?
