[Plugin: OptionTree] Warning Message for Non-Admin users

    I am an administrator of wordpress and everything is fine. However, when other users (editors, authors, contributers, subscribers) login to the dashboard they get the warning message:

    Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the OptionTree plugin. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugin installed.
