I am new to WP and this is my first site. Created form ok but when I either paste the shortcode into a page, or use the icon to insert the form, the form does not generate. All I see is the shortcode. I must be missing something very basic. Help please!

You need to publish the page and then view it in order for the form to display.

Did that many times. Does not work. I put shortcode into html view.

It might be a plugin or something in your theme causing problems. Deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default Twenty Elven theme.

Decided to use another plugin that works with my theme.
